SNOWDROP VILLAGE
In the Snowdrop Village, there was a family known for having two of the greatest mages of their kind, the Norwood Family, and they were sought far and wide for their renowned work with their top tier magecraft.Sterling Norwood was known for his mimicry magic, being the only known disciple of the mage who created said magic, he was often used as a teacher for those who could find someone that wasn't certain about technique that he would aid them in learning.
Davina Norwood, his wife, was known for her fortunetelling, far and wide her predictions were used, and never were they incorrect if ever, they were to come to pass with a certain amount of time, though always were they absolute. Her skills were what had brought income into their household.
The only times she wasn't able to give any predictions were when she was pregnant, unable to really tap into the nature of her power, as she was more caring for the children inside of her, first with her eldest daughter, Undine, who was born with one of the most radiant smiles known to the worlds, and again sixteen years later, with her youngest daughter Eir.
Though most people in the Snowdrop Village were reliant on Davina's abilities, all of them were blind-sighted when their village was destroyed. In her last act of life, Davina had cradled her infant daughter Eir in her arms as she grabbed a knife and tried to stab at one of the militant infiltrators who had already murdered her husband and firstborn. This resulted in her being slammed backward, and accidentally slashing Eir's face, before she herself was shot with several arrows, holding her daughter close as the heat escaped her body.
The entire village was massacred from the small militant force, and all because another family had harbored an ice dragon slayer that was responsible for slaughtering a general within that invading army.
It was when the ice dragon himself, who had taught the slayer everything had came upon the village that he heard the cries of the infant that had been caught in the onslaught, the only survivor of a mess the dragon himself was responsible. He'd found her buried under her mother, in piles of snow, crying. Moving the corpse away from the infant, he scooped her up in her small blanket with the monogrammed letters stitched on it, and took her away to the north.
While growing up under his wing, Eiseira had always wanted to learn more, become one of those he had told her stories about, dragonslayers. Despite the fact that he had always denied her, eventually in their times of moving from one village to another, he had found someone that was capable of teaching her basic maker magic, and while she detested it, she still went along with it, learning how to form a weapon, a simple rapier, of which she had asked around, and eventually was taught the proper art of how to use it through fencing.
While she had been a novice with maker magic, of which she had truly detested, as it had felt disgustingly wrong to her for use. Eventually though, when Aeneiros and her were attacked by those who were unsympathetic and revolted by a dragon, after another near-death experience for her, he had resolved it in himself to teach her Ice Dragon Slaying magic.
For most of her time with Aeneiros as she was taught dragon slaying magic, she was happy, forcing herself to learn as much as she could, oftentimes pushing herself past the limits that she could, for her it wasn't about becoming a slayer, but becoming someone that could protect the dragon that had raised her, the creature that she viewed as a parent and guardian.
When she had reached the age of ten, Aeneiros had informed her of the fate of the other dragonslayers in the world, as well as the dragons that had trained them, telling her that it was too late for her to pass through the Eclipse Gate in order to get to the future as they had, but that there was another way for her to survive as they did, though she was opposed to this entirely, he had waited for her to rest, when he had sacrificed his own life to give her a future in the same era as the others, using his body to create an ice chrysalis around her, encasing her in it where they had first met, in Snowdrop Village, while she was asleep.
When Eiseira had awoken, she had been lost, uncertain of what had happened, unaware of what was going on around her, disoriented, and with vague memories inside her mind. The land that she had been frozen in, wasn't land, but a chunk of ice over the water, which she had skated over, until she had reached the land, where she constantly struck the ground, creating towers after towers to see as far as she could, in an attempt to find Aeneiros for answers.
When she came up empty, she had come to the conclusion that he wasn't going to reveal himself to her, instead she had trained as hard as she could, working to improve not only her skills, but her technique as well, because of this she had taken to slaying all of the monsters in the northernmost areas, where she had awoken.
Two years after waking in the ice, she was approached by a woman, Amitra, who had hallucination magic, the ability to modifying the sensory information in Eiseira's head while her brain was still processing it, claiming that "Frostbite" was a prize that was needed by her guild, Imperial Thorn, and upon arrival back to the guild, the leader, Azazel Samael had expressed deep concern and surprise about her being a young girl, as she was known for being the "Slaughterer of the North, The Frostbite".
After so long in the guild, she had grown weary, expressing oftentimes her desire to want to leave, though Azazel had refused to lose such a commodity as someone of such a high title, making a deal with her that if she could surpass him in skill and beat him in a fight, that she would be allowed to go free, however until that point she would belong to the guild. Time and time again Eiseira would try to go against him, doing her best, though she would later come to learn that after the first few attempts, she truly did surpass Azazel, though Amitra was often standing by and feeding hallucinations to her, making it seem as if she truly was at Azazel's mercy.
Eventually, she had come to meet some children brought in by the guild and was put on guard duty, to watch over them. When she had overheard from other guild members that the kids were to be tortured for information, it had hit her hard, prompting her to free all four of them that she was guarding and allow them freedom. Unawares to her, she was being watched, and later the children were captured again and forced to go through torture for attempting to escape. As a result of her being caught for releasing them, she too was forced to experience the same torture as the children she had freed, though, at the end where they were killed, she was forced to experience almost as much pain, as well as continually watch as each of the four was killed.
Because of this, she was set to permanent guard duty, as a means to test her loyalty to the guild, and whenever she could, just to save the others from the slow deaths and torture, she would kill the children that were brought in. When it was found out that she was doing that, she was the one that was tortured in their place. After a year of this continuing pattern, she had come to learn that the children never possessed any information that was relevant to the guild, that they were only brought in to be tortured, as all of the guild members enjoyed causing pain for others.
Having outlived her time as useful to the guild, she was then placed into a cell and kept as a prisoner of theirs, and at one point a deal was made with her and Azazel, that if she could endure 24 continuous hours of torture, that they would never again bring in other children, and instead just use her. She was quick to take up that deal, refusing to allow others to die or experience torture.
During this 24 hour session, she was forced into breathable liquid that she couldn't frost over, remaining submerged, believing herself to have died, and failed the other children, though she was pulled back out of the liquid at some point in time, choking on the air, as the liquid was forced out of her body, being told by Azazel that she couldn't quite manage it, that she failed the other children, and for that she was to be killed again, after he had just brought her back. Again he submerged her in the liquid and this cycle had continued for about fifteen more times, before he had fully removed her from it, her lungs feeling as if they were ablaze, tying her arms behind her back, and then looping that rope over a brace in the ceiling, that was attached to a pulley, slowly hoisting her above the room where she felt her arms being ripped from their sockets. For the life of her, she choked back the screams of pain that she knew would be there if she had so much as opened her mouth, and despite the fact that she tried against it, she couldn't help but cry.
Unaware that the 24 hour mark had passed, and that she truly hadn't died, she was escorted back to her cell, now moved closer to the torture room where for the next few years she would hear the screams of all the children brought in to be killed by them, or anticipate having to go to the room at least once a month to spare the life of one child over another.
Mercy came for her in the form of another dragonslayer, Lapis, who had destroyed the guild, and thusly in cold blood, murdered Azazel. When he had passed her cell, she begged him to get her out of there, offering to give him some of her ice power as a means of compensation for her freedom. He obliged, and that began the first good thing in her life since meeting Aeneiros.
After Lapis had killed Azazel, he had taken Eiseira to a small hole-in-the-wall guild, where he was temporarily residing, known as Ocean's Wraith. The current Guild Master, Levin Troluck had a deal going with Lapis, who was known for his wandering, that so long as he didn't cause too much trouble, he could stay at the guild headquarters, in trade for a small portion of the goods and jewel that he came across.
Of course, while she could see the appeal with Ocean's Wraith's deal, she could also sense that Lapis had wanted much more than the lifestyle that he was currently leading. While she remained with him at Ocean's Wraith, taking on a few missions with him here-and-there, it took returning from one mission to learn about his ambition to create a pirate guild, though it was an unrealistic goal, because there would be no way to get new jobs.
Aside from mentioning it to her the one time, Lapis had seemed to keep his mouth shut about his goals, and upon leaving for a solo mission, she had remained at the guild with Levin who had informed her about Lapis's wanderings and knowledge about how he only wanted to sail the seas. This intrigued her more, and the two had talked about the possibility of Levin's retirement, and Lapis being his first choice to take over the guild, though he would need a second-in-charge to remain at the guild hall and accept missions for both the land and the seas. Eiseira had agreed to discuss Levin's new ideals with Lapis upon his return.
After discussing it with Lapis, he had revealed that he had just purchased a ship with jewel that he'd been saving from taking on all of the jobs he did in the past few years, and on that day, the ship was set up to take a crew of at least 15, while arrangements were made for Levin to retire as the guild master, as well as become the 'Second-in-Command' at Ocean's Wraith.
When the ship had first set sail, she was uneasy about it, hating how the motion sickness had severely taken a toll on her, so after the first few months of constantly vomiting over the edge of the boat, she had taken to only being on the ship for 3 days at a time, otherwise taking on land-locked requests, which included selling merchandise that they'd commandeered in the guild.
For years she was known as a traveling merchant with their goods, always setting up small shops in ports, and leaving after a span of four days to go and set up again in another town, though when she could, she'd take on missions to slay monsters or take on specific requests that didn't put her on the sea for too long. After a while, she had built a great clientele, as well as reembodied her title as Frostbite throughout the lands.
It wasn't without saying though, that as much as she enjoyed the environment as well as her guildmates, she still yearned for more, a place where she could stay for longer than four days, a place to call home, that she could experience the season around, due to the lack of ever having stayed somewhere for too long.
Eventually, she had taken a land-locked mission from Lapis and came across mages from another guild, and was intrigued by their powerful status, as well as the fact that she was meeting more Dragon Slayers. It pleased her, to know that there were more around and that she wasn't exactly alone. When they invited her to join their guild, she happily took to the request and waited out the month for Lapis to return to pick her back up, and though she informed him of her new choice, to remain in Ishgar with the Sabertooth Guild, he granted his blessing, and the two parted on bittersweet terms, her missing her very best friend, and him missing his very best guildmate.
Though it goes without saying, she had quickly taken to getting a small home of her own, paying for it and all of the lavish things she'd want with all of the Jewel she'd previously saved from the past few years in Ocean's Wraith, just so that she could start on her dream of having a place to truly call home.

Moving the corpse away from the infant, he scooped her up in her small blanket with the monogrammed letters stitched on it, and took her away to the north.
AENEIROS
The dragon, Aeneiros had raised the young girl, teaching her morals as well as etiquette, he even gave her a name to match the monogrammed letters, unaware of what her former title was, now calling her Eiseira Nieve, for the ice and snow that she was found in, and had greatly resembled him. Oftentimes he'd call her "his snowflake", as she was a precious commodity to him.

IMPERIAL THORN

SABERTOOTH
Eventually, she had taken a land-locked mission from Lapis and came across mages from another guild, and was intrigued by their powerful status, as well as the fact that she was meeting more Dragon Slayers. POWERS
Ice Dragon Slayer Magic: Eiseira is adept with his Dragon Slayer Magic and makes use of it in many different ways in combat. As with all Dragon Slayers, she can consume her respective element, with the exception of that which he has created, to replenish her energy reserves. The depth of the frost she releases can increase and decrease in temperature, which is proportional to Eiseira's released emotional state because she frequently masks her true emotions. She incorporates the permafrost she forms into her combat style, greatly increasing the damage of her blows. As such, Eiseira's Magic revolves around the usage of ice that can form wherever she 'plants the seed' of it, literally forming seedlings of ice and spreading them around during her fights to her own discretion and will. Eiseira's ability to eat ice gives her immunity to most types of cold, including freezing water, and allows her to spew ice shards from her lungs.Ice Dragon's Roar: Releases a freezing blizzard-like blast from her mouth, oftentimes it reduces the body temperature of an opponent, more often than not freezing them in place.
Ice Dragon's Fang: With basic ice summoning, she forms a bladed weapon made of solid permafrost that causes burns to whoever touches it, aside from herself (due to her natural body temperature being about the same core temperature as the ice itself).
Ice Dragon's Claw: Ice forms around her fingers, forming talon-like claws and allows her to make quick and precise blows/scratches to opponents.
Ice Dragon's Breakdown Fist: Forming ice around her hand, she jabs at the opponent with all of her physical strength, usually this is only used to give her some room, or push an opponent in a different direction from where they currently are, as it does little damage due to her lacking sufficient strength enough for a harsh blow.
Ice Dragon's Breath: Ice shards are blown out of her mouth not only freezing an opponent but also slicing them.
Ice Dragon's Healing Hand: Ice is formed around a wound as a means to seal it to keep from suffering massive blood loss or simply to reduce the impact given from damage that has already been dealt.
Ice Dragon's Scale: An iced armored shell is formed around her body, taking the blunt force of harsh blows dealt to her, and freezing the opponent where they managed to strike her body.
Ice Dragon's Hail Storm: As long as she remains above an opponent or is in the air, she can absorb the cold air and water in the atmosphere together, and throw the combined elements as large hailstones toward an opponent, so long as they are descending downward.
Ice Dragon's Wing Attack: A giant burst of powdered snow flies outward and temporarily blinds those in the area with a vast cold front and white blizzard-like thickness of snow, it hinders the movements of those that the snow piles onto as it sticks to others and heavily reduces their body temperatures.
Ice Dragon's Arctic Mist: Virtually this takes no effort to create, as it only stands to reduce the temperature of the area, of which she releases a mist which freezes what it comes into contact with, and it comes from her pushing the cold stored within her body, outward.
Ice Dragon's Trail: A pathway created by her footsteps which solidifies the ground into pure ice, which she will oftentimes glide or skate along.
Ice Dragon's Protective Wall: A physical outward barrier of ice that is used as a type of defense, though it is easily shattered by enough brute force or heat.
Sub Zero Dance of the Dragon: Surrounding herself with ice, coating her entire body, she twirls around as if she is dancing, all at an extreme speed, releasing a huge wave of ice able to cover a large radius, causing anything that the ice formed over to shatter.
Ice-Make: A form of Molding Magic that allows the user to create ice at her will and to shape it into objects. In Eiseira's case, she uses Static Ice-Make, meaning she can shape her ice into inanimate things or weapons. Ice-Make is known as an extremely versatile form of Magic, coming in useful both in battle, for offensive and defensive purposes, and outside of it. Specializing in it and having been practicing it for years, Eiseira possesses extreme mastery over it, being capable of creating countless amounts of objects for a multitude of uses, though she tries to not use it at any costs necessary. Because Ice-Make allows the user to produce virtually anything, granting the user an unmatched creation capability, she does not find it all that appealing and feels as if it's an abomination to use at all. As an Ice-Make user and Ice Dragon Slayer, Eiseira is an individual resistant to cold and as such is able to take damage from ice and snow-based attacks without sustaining major injury and is either completely immune to snow based attacks, especially coupled with her ability to freeze over her own body in a permafrosted form capable of causing frostbite.
Ice Make: Drakaina; causes ice to form from the air onto Eiseira's body, starting at her head, which forms into the shape of a dragon's her own cranium, permafrosted over, it produces a long maw and teeth, as well as branches out to create wings that protrude from her back, as well as a tail which protrudes from the bottom of her spine, it encases around her arms as well, created clawed-talons. These new ice limbs are movable, and can be used as an extension of herself to aid in battle. She rarely ever uses this technique, and when she does it's as a means of transportation for herself, or as a means to gain higher ground, though the ice does give a slight bit of weight it also acts as a means of making her stronger, causing attacks to give more critical damage should she attack.
Ice-Make: Shield: Eiseira creates a large shield made of ice in front of her, whose shape is vaguely reminiscent of a snowflake, which shields everything behind it.
Ice-Make: Arrows: Eiseira creates one or more arrows out of ice, which are subsequently shot at high speed to enemies through the use of an ice bow.
Ice-Make: Sword: Pointed Rapier Joyeuse Eiseira creates a sword out of ice for melee combat. The sword is very durable, being capable of cutting and parrying other weapons as if it were made of metal.
Ice-Make: Floor Eiseira simply freezes the floor, which makes anyone in the area slip. Gray is also capable of freezing water with this spell, and slide on the resultant floor.
Frostbite: If her exposed skin is touched by anything she can lower the temperature on her skin and freeze over what's touching it, if it has pain receptors it is perceived as a strong burning sensation to them. It also serves as a means to permafrost herself over defensively.
Gliding: Creating a path of ice, she can slide along it for fast and swift travel.
Elemental Energy Restoration: By eating her element of ice she can restore her own ice powers.
Intellect: Being the skilled battler that she is, oftentimes she sets traps for her enemies, this comes as a result of her at the start of the battles she is involved in, having a wait-and-see attitude, oftentimes starting out on the defense in order to observe her opponents then decides on the best approach of how she'll strike. She severely favors targeting a targets weakest points.
Speed: It isn't news that she has little physical strength, but she more than makes up for it with her ability to disorient her opponents with her speed techniques. This is her specialty being due to how truly swift she can be in battle, in no small part thanks to her small stature, she also uses her ice powers in tandem with her speed for quick escapes or nimble precise strikes.
Weapon: most frequently she will form her rapier, which has a small chamber for a set of six lacrima vials, which if she forms the weapon around, will give it a variety of things that she can do in battle, though it is rare for her to use the lacrima vials, despite her proficiency with them. Because she prefers to use a rapier, this reveals that her preferred combat style is that of one-on-one, in a fencing like manner, which she has a proficient knowledge of, oftentimes practicing her footing in her spare time. Oftentimes her entire battle plan is set up around her skills in fencing, including how she holds herself in battle.
APPEARANCE
Her skin is a sickly pale color, an almost white-gray, the only part of her skin tone making her appear living would be her lips being full and pink. She is about average height, and well endowed, though it's unknown when her body began to develop, as for the longest time she had stunted growth as a result of her having been stuck in cryostasis. Her eyes are a pale powder blue color that sometimes in certain lighting can appear to be a crystalline blue color, though her left eye has a scar on it from when she was a newborn.
Her hair is waist length white, though in her youth she had it held up in a side-ponytail, though as an adult she prefers to wear it down instead because it gives her a sense of personal freedom.
She prefers to wear gauntlets and greaves, to hide the areas of her skin where dragon scales have fully formed on her, as she has a fear of being known as a monster. She is almost always armor clad as a result of her fears.
PERSONALITY
Eiseira is a lonely person who has had everything in her life decided for her either by her father, Aeneiros, or her various guild masters whenever she had chosen to join a guild. As a result of this she feels the need to rebel against the authority of what others ask her to do, a keynote of this comes from her hair, which is settled in a ponytail on the side of her head, rather than at the top or back of it, disrupting the 'perfect' symmetry of it. She is a cold and domineering person, believing others to not be as good as she as at just about anything, her superiority complex comes as a result of her giving half of her effort to anything, and coming out with a mastery of it, this leads to many disputes between herself and others, because she doesn't much care for giving others the time of day if she sees them as inferior to herself.
While she is a bit bitchy, she has nicer tendencies, often giving care to what others say or think.
She rarely befriends people, as she prefers her solitary moments, living alone and being alone, rather than around people because she feels as if she doesn't fit in due to her many years of solitude.
In battle she becomes a new person entirely, acting not only with grace but also with calm certainty, acting with prowess and with a level-head, despite her impressive range of combat abilities, she also knows her own limits and can make accurate assessments when faced with a stronger, more powerful opponent.
